Best Omnichannel Chatbot Platforms in 2026 — Ranked by Channels, Shared Inbox, and Handoff
Quick answer: For a small business that needs WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and a website widget answered from one place, SendPulse ($12/month Pro) is the best omnichannel chatbot platform we have reviewed: every chatbot channel is included on its only paid tier, the website live chat is native, and the shared inbox covers six of them plus inbound email. Intercom (from $29 per seat plus $0.99 per Fin resolution) is the pick when the job is support with a real helpdesk behind the bot. Tidio ($29/month Starter, ten seats) has the highest handover rating among the SMB tools here (4.5/5), minus Telegram and SMS. Manychat shares the top channels score in our catalog (95/100) and has no website widget at all, which is why it sits fourth. BotPenguin, Chatfuel and Botpress round out seven picks, each for a narrower reason.
TL;DR~30 sec
"Omnichannel" on a pricing page usually means the vendor can connect to many channels. The questions that decide a purchase are different: which channels are included on the tier you will actually pay for, whether every conversation lands in one inbox your team shares, and whether a human can pick up mid-conversation without asking the customer to repeat themselves. This ranking weighs those three, then price. Scores are carried unchanged from our 17-dimension reviews, documented at /methodology.

Data source disclosure
- Pricing data
- Cheapest monthly-billed paid tier carried from each Tier 1 review's pricing ledger per /methodology#pricing. Where the channels a buyer needs sit on a higher tier than the cheapest one (Manychat, Botpress), both prices are shown. Meta's own WhatsApp conversation charges and carrier SMS fees are passed through by every platform here and are not included in any subscription price.
- Scoring data
- Editorial scores are weighted composites across 17 dimensions; channels carries 10% of the weight, team collaboration 3%, pricing 12%. Each score and dimension figure is carried over unchanged from the linked Tier 1 review. The ranking order follows omnichannel fit (native channels on the entry paid tier including a website surface, one shared inbox, human handoff quality, price for a small team) and says so wherever it diverges from composite score.
- Testing observations
- Channel availability and tier gates were verified on vendor pricing and product pages during each review's May 2026 verification window. Hands-on channel connection varied: Tidio's inbox and channel availability were exercised on a live account; SendPulse and Manychat connected Telegram live; Chatfuel connected Messenger and Instagram on its free tier; BotPenguin was evaluated on a free-trial walkthrough; Botpress's WhatsApp flow was not run to production; Intercom's handover rating is an anchored editorial assessment with hands-on validation on a paid account pending. No review on this page ran a WhatsApp Business API number to production traffic.
The 2026 ranking — 7 platforms for omnichannel deployments
Every platform below passed two tests in its review (all verified May 2026): it natively supports at least four customer messaging channels on a self-serve plan, and it routes those channels into one inbox where a human can take over. The ranking then weighs four things an SMB operator runs into in the first month: whether a website surface is included (most US small businesses still get more chat traffic from their own site than from any single messenger), which channels come with the plan you will pay for, how the handoff works, and what the bill looks like for a team of two to five.
Eight reviewed platforms are deliberately absent. Blip (73/100) has the joint-highest channels score in our catalog at 95, but it sells on contact-sales enterprise terms (a $500 per month entry is Capterra-listed, not vendor-published) and its scenario results are projections, so it does not fit a self-serve SMB list. Wati (68/100) and AiSensy (71/100) are WhatsApp-first; AiSensy's review lists WhatsApp as its only native channel, and Wati scores 50/100 on channels. Landbot (72/100) deploys one flow to web, WhatsApp and Messenger, but Instagram, SMS and email are not native. Chatbase, Typebot, Tars and Voiceflow are website-first or developer platforms whose messaging channels run through integrations or Twilio. Each is a good product for a different page.

SendPulse
Best for small teams that want every messaging channel, a website widget and a shared inbox on one low bill
- Strongest:
- Pricing (96/100) and trust signals (96/100); channels 90/100
- From:
- $12/mo Pro at the 500-subscriber slider (monthly-billed); free plan covers 3 bots and 500 subscribers
SendPulse ranks first because its cheapest paid tier, at $12, already includes every channel it offers, the lowest paid price on this page at which that is true (Tidio's smaller set is on every tier, Free included; Chatfuel's comes with its single $69 plan). Our review verified that on Pro "all chatbot channels are available regardless of slider position": you pay for subscriber capacity, not for extra channels. That set is WhatsApp (SendPulse is a Meta Business Solution Provider, per the vendor), Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, TikTok DM, and a native website live chat widget the company added in June 2023. Email campaigns and SMS live in the same account, but our review lists SMS as an integration rather than a chatbot channel, and email, SMS and WhatsApp message fees are billed on their own terms, not inside the $12. The unified inbox pulls WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, the website widget and inbound email replies into one team view, and assignment, internal notes and presence are included on Pro. One no-code editor builds flows for every messenger channel and the widget, which is as close to "build once" as this list gets without code. The limits are real. There is no voice channel, no formal ticket object, and our review does not document a per-seat price, so confirm team-member limits at your subscriber tier before you sign. Testing depth is also narrower than the price suggests: our reviewer connected Telegram on a live account, while the WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook connection flows were read from the vendor rather than run end to end. Full evidence in the SendPulse review; the head-to-head with the channel leader is Manychat vs SendPulse.
Strong fit ifYou answer customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website, you might add Telegram or Viber, and you also send email or SMS campaigns you would rather not run in a second tool.
Weak fit ifYou need a ticket object with SLAs, voice calls in the same inbox, or a vendor-published per-seat price before you sign.

Intercom
Best for support teams that want the bot, the helpdesk and phone in one inbox, and can carry per-seat pricing
- Strongest:
- Channels (92/100) and trust signals (96/100)
- From:
- $29/seat/mo Essential (monthly-billed) plus $0.99 per Fin AI outcome; Advanced $85/seat
Intercom is the only platform here with a phone channel inside a full helpdesk inbox (BotPenguin adds a voice agent from its $99 King tier, and Botpress offers voice only on Enterprise), alongside web chat, email, WhatsApp (on all paid tiers), Facebook, Instagram, X and Slack. SMS is documented as outbound, and our review says full two-way SMS flows should be confirmed with sales; Telegram and TikTok are not supported. What earns second place is the handoff. The review's rating for Fin-to-human handover is 5/5 on context transfer: the receiving agent sees Fin's full conversation, the ticket and prior actions, and the conversation can go back to Fin when the human is done. Read that with the caveat the review states plainly: the Intercom scenario figures are an anchored editorial assessment built from vendor documentation and trial screenshots, with hands-on testing on a paid Advanced account still pending. The price is the other caveat. Seats start at $29 on Essential and $85 on Advanced, Fin is metered at $0.99 per resolved outcome on top, and a five-agent team on Advanced is $425 a month before a single Fin resolution. For support-led teams that is often worth it; for a shop that mostly sells through Instagram DMs, it is the wrong tool. Evidence in the Intercom review and Intercom vs Tidio.
Strong fit ifYour omnichannel problem is support: email, web chat, WhatsApp, social DMs and phone calls that all need to end in one ticket history.
Weak fit ifYou are a two-person shop with modest volume; our review scores pricing 42/100 and value for money 25/100, the lowest on this page.
76/100Full review - Best Omnichannel Chatbot Platforms 2026·#3
Tidio
Best for ecommerce and support SMBs that want the best-tested shared inbox on this page and do not need SMS or Telegram
- Strongest:
- Trust signals (90/100) and practical UX (84/100)
- From:
- $29/mo Starter (monthly-billed; 100 conversations, 10 seats, 50 one-off Lyro AI conversations); Growth $59/mo
Tidio has the inbox we tested most thoroughly among SMB platforms, and it is the reason for third place. Our reviewer worked it on a live account: live conversations and tickets in separate buckets, a dedicated Lyro AI bucket, channel filters for Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, and a customer-data sidebar on every thread; the review scores human handover 4.5/5. Channel coverage is narrower than the two platforms above: website widget, WhatsApp (bundled on every tier, Free included), Instagram, Messenger, email with email-to-ticket conversion, an in-app SDK, and Shopify storefront chat with order status. SMS and TikTok are not supported and Telegram is third-party only. The seat model is the other reason small teams like it: every paid tier includes ten seats, so adding the evening shift costs nothing. Two metering details matter. Starter covers 100 conversations a month, and its 50 Lyro AI conversations are a one-off allowance with no monthly refresh, so a bot that answers across four channels all month means Growth at $59, which also adds auto-assignment. Evidence in the Tidio review and SendPulse vs Tidio.
Strong fit ifYour channels are the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email, you run Shopify or WordPress, and you want several people in the inbox without a seat bill.
Weak fit ifSMS or Telegram is a primary channel (SMS is not supported; Telegram is third-party only), or you need AI answering at volume on the $29 tier.
75/100Full review - Best Omnichannel Chatbot Platforms 2026·#4
Manychat
Best for social-first brands whose channels are Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, SMS and email, with no website chat
- Strongest:
- Channels (95/100), joint-highest in our catalog
- From:
- $17/mo Essential (2 channels, no WhatsApp); $39/mo Pro for 3 channels incl. WhatsApp; $99/mo Business for all 7
The second-highest composite score on this page, ranked fourth, and the placement follows from two facts in our review. First, Manychat supports seven channels natively (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS with US, EU and Brazil routing, email and TikTok) and shares the highest channels score in our catalog (95/100), and its inbox brings Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and email into one view with assignment, private notes and presence. Second, it has no website widget, and our review sends buyers who need on-site chat to live-chat-first tools. Tier gating is the other thing to model. Since March 2026, Free and Essential allow two channels from Instagram, TikTok, Messenger and Telegram; Pro ($39) allows three of all seven, which is where WhatsApp, SMS or email become possible; only Business ($99) includes all seven. Inbox seats follow the same ladder: one on Essential, two on Pro, three on Business. The review rates handover from an Instagram DM trigger 4/5 for friction, with smooth context transfer to the assigned agent. If your omnichannel story is social, Manychat is the strongest product here; if it includes your own website, pair it with a widget or pick SendPulse. Evidence in the Manychat review and Manychat vs SendPulse.
Strong fit ifYour customers find you on Instagram and TikTok, you sell through comment-to-DM and broadcasts, and your website is a storefront rather than a support surface.
Weak fit ifYou need a website chat widget (Manychat has none), or you want all channels on a small budget: since March 2026 the full set starts at $99/month.
84/100Full review - Best Omnichannel Chatbot Platforms 2026·#5
BotPenguin
Best for budget teams that want five channels including the website on a free plan, and can grow into more
- Strongest:
- Practical UX and support docs (80/100 each); pricing 79/100
- From:
- $29/mo Little (monthly-billed; 3,000 messages, 5 team members); Baby Free covers 5 channels and 1,000 messages for a single user
BotPenguin is the cheapest way on this page to get five native channels including a website widget. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and the widget are all available from the Baby Free tier, and the vendor claims WhatsApp conversation charges pass through at Meta's rates with no platform markup, which our review flags as a claim to confirm with sales. The inbox unifies those channels with admin and agent roles; the review scores it 3.5/5 as functional rather than enterprise-grade. Tier gating is steeper than it looks. Free is a single-user plan, so a shared inbox starts on Little at $29 with five team members ($7 a month for each additional one). King at $99 adds Microsoft Teams and a voice agent, and SMS, Viber, LINE, WeChat, Slack and Google Business Messages sit on Emperor, an enterprise tier from $1,000 a month. For US teams that want SMS in the same inbox, that gate rules it out. Testing was a free-trial walkthrough, and the WhatsApp onboarding and Instagram connection flows were not captured. Evidence in the BotPenguin review and BotPenguin vs Manychat.
Strong fit ifYou want WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and a website widget on one bot budget, and you plan to pilot on live traffic before paying.
Weak fit ifYou need SMS, Viber or Slack (Emperor tier only, $1,000+/month), or an inbox built for a large support team.
70/100Full review - Best Omnichannel Chatbot Platforms 2026·#6
Chatfuel
Best for Meta-channel sellers who want Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok and a website widget on one flat plan with no seat limits
- Strongest:
- Partnership (88/100) and practical UX (84/100)
- From:
- $69/mo single plan (monthly-billed; all 5 channels, AI included, 7-day trial)
Chatfuel moved to a single plan in 2026: $69 a month for all five of its channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok and a website widget), AI included, with the pricing page stating "no team member seat limits." That flat shape is the case for it. Conversations from all five channels land in one inbox, and a "switch to chat with human agent" action hands a thread to your team from inside a flow. The case against is coverage and scale. Telegram is available only through Make, Zapier, Albato or viaSocket, SMS and email are not channels at all, and the plan is sized for "up to a few thousand client messages per month," with custom pricing beyond that. Our review's hands-on work connected Messenger and Instagram on a free-tier account; WhatsApp was not provisioned, and handover latency under load is a projection. Choose it over Manychat when the website widget matters and seven channels do not. Evidence in the Chatfuel review and Chatfuel vs Manychat.
Strong fit ifYour channels are exactly Meta's three, TikTok and your website, and you want a predictable bill with the whole team in the inbox.
Weak fit ifYou need Telegram, SMS or email natively, or your volume goes beyond the few thousand client messages a month the plan is sized for.
69/100Full review - Best Omnichannel Chatbot Platforms 2026·#7
Botpress
Best for developer-led teams that want one agent deployed to web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Slack, Teams and Discord
- Strongest:
- Developer experience (95/100) and integrations (90/100); channels 88/100
- From:
- $189/mo Plus (monthly-billed; 250 conversations, 3 seats); Team $939/mo for unlimited seats and Desk routing
Botpress has the broadest channel list here once you pay for it: its Hub connects the website widget plus WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, email, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Discord, with voice on Enterprise. The catch is which tier they sit on. Free is webchat only; everything else needs Plus at $189 a month, which includes 250 conversations and three seats, with top-ups at $65 per 100. Handoff runs into Botpress Desk, the vendor's co-priced helpdesk: a node in the agent triggers the handover, but auto-assignment rules need the Team tier at $939 a month, and our review rates the handover scenario 3/5. It ranks last on fit and third on composite score, a gap this page does not hide: the platform is excellent at building one agent for many surfaces and expensive as an SMB inbox. Our reviewer did not run the WhatsApp flow to production. Evidence in the Botpress review and Botpress vs Manychat.
Strong fit ifYou have engineers, want internal channels (Slack, Teams, Discord) next to customer ones, and prefer one agent definition over per-channel bots.
Weak fit ifYou want a no-code operator setup at SMB pricing; the channels and the handoff routing sit behind $189 and $939 tiers respectively.

How we evaluated these platforms
Below this point the page moves from the picks to how they were chosen: the comparison table, the decision framework, and the parts of an omnichannel rollout that break first.
How the ranking was constructed
17-dimension scoring rubric (methodology v3.12.1)
Every ranked platform is scored 0–100 against the rubric below — 17 dimensions in 6 weighted clusters. Cluster weights are published; per- dimension weights inside each cluster are documented in the methodology page and the per-review POC notes sibling file. Cluster weights were rebalanced in v3.12.1 (May 2026) to bring Pricing-and-Value closer to AI/NLU parity — reflecting the SMB persona's reality where price is a primary decision driver alongside AI capability.
| Cluster | Weight | Dimensions inside the cluster | What we measure |
|---|---|---|---|

Editorial scoring breakdown — comparative table
Scores and dimensions are on a 0–100 scale, carried over unchanged from each Tier 1 review. "Native channels" lists what the review verified as native; "tier that includes all listed channels" is the one you need for the full list, which is not always the cheapest one.
| Platform | Editorial score | Channels (10%) | Native channels (review-verified) | Website widget | Shared inbox at entry tier | Cheapest paid (monthly-billed) | Tier that includes all listed channels |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SendPulse | 86 | 90 | WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, TikTok, email (SMS via integration) | Yes, native | Yes, teamwork tools on Pro | $12/mo Pro | Pro ($12) |
| Intercom | 76 | 92 | Web chat, email, WhatsApp, phone, SMS (outbound), Facebook, Instagram, X, Slack | Yes, primary | Yes, per seat | $29/seat + $0.99/Fin outcome | WhatsApp on all paid tiers; confirm phone and social by tier |
| Tidio | 75 | 78 | Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, in-app, Shopify | Yes, primary | Yes, 10 seats | $29/mo Starter | Free (WhatsApp on every tier) |
| Manychat | 84 | 95 | Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email, TikTok | No | 1 inbox seat on Essential | $17/mo Essential | Business ($99) |
| BotPenguin | 70 | 70 | WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, website (SMS, Viber and more on Emperor) | Yes, all tiers | From Little, 5 members | $29/mo Little | Baby Free for 5; Emperor ($1,000+) for 12 |
| Chatfuel | 69 | 72 | Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok, website | Yes | Yes, no seat limits | $69/mo single plan | Single plan ($69) |
| Botpress | 81 | 88 | Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, email, Slack, Teams, Discord | Yes | 3 seats on Plus; routing on Team | $189/mo Plus | Plus ($189); voice on Enterprise |
Two inversions to read before choosing. Manychat carries the second-highest composite score and the joint-highest channels score, and sits fourth, because it has no website widget and its full channel set costs $99. Botpress carries the third-highest composite and sits seventh, because its channels start at $189 and its handoff routing at $939. Composite score measures the whole product; this page measures one job.
How to choose — decision framework
Three questions narrow seven platforms to one or two.
Question 1: Where do your customers actually write to you?
Pull one month of conversations and count them by channel before you look at any pricing page. Most small businesses find that two channels carry most of the volume and the rest are occasional. That count decides the shortlist:
- Website plus WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger → SendPulse, Tidio, BotPenguin or Chatfuel
- Instagram and TikTok first, website secondary → Manychat, with a separate widget if you need one
- Email and phone are as busy as chat → Intercom
- SMS matters (common for US appointment and delivery businesses) → Manychat Pro, Intercom (outbound documented), Botpress Plus, or SendPulse through its SMS integration; Tidio, Chatfuel and BotPenguin below Emperor do not carry it
- Slack, Teams or Discord alongside customer channels → Botpress
Our channel selection guide walks through the count, and the channel mix guide covers what each channel is good at once you have it.
Question 2: Who picks up when the bot stops?
A shared inbox is only useful if the right person sees the thread with its history. Check three things on a trial: whether the human sees the whole bot conversation, whether assignment is automatic or manual on your tier (Tidio adds auto-assignment on Growth; Botpress needs Team), and how many people can sit in the inbox before you pay more (ten on Tidio, one to three on Manychat depending on tier, five on BotPenguin Little, per-seat on Intercom). The handoff design guide has the test script.
Question 3: What does one more channel cost?
This is where the tier tables matter more than the headline price. On SendPulse and Chatfuel, a new channel costs nothing extra. On Manychat, the third channel means Pro and the fourth means Business. On BotPenguin, SMS means an enterprise contract. On Intercom and Botpress, channels are included but seats and conversations are metered. Add the pass-through costs every platform shares: Meta's WhatsApp conversation charges (model them with the WhatsApp API pricing calculator) and carrier SMS fees.
Build once or build per channel?
Every vendor here says you can build one bot for all channels. In practice, the channels disagree on what a message can contain. WhatsApp allows three reply buttons per message and requires pre-approved message templates outside the 24-hour service window. Instagram's automation revolves around comments, story replies and DMs. A website widget can show rich cards and forms. SMS is plain text.
So the workable pattern is one shared core and thin per-channel layers. Keep the knowledge base, the intents and the handoff rules in one place, and let each channel have its own opening message and button layout. SendPulse's single editor and Botpress's single agent definition support this, and our Landbot review reports from user feedback that one Landbot flow deploys to the website, WhatsApp and Messenger with minor channel tweaks; Manychat and Chatfuel build per-channel automations inside one account. Keep session context tied to the contact rather than the channel where the platform allows it, so a customer who starts on Instagram and finishes on WhatsApp is still one person to your team. Our conversation design entry covers how to write copy that survives both a WhatsApp button limit and a website card.
US-specific: SMS, 10DLC and what it adds
If SMS is on your list, the platform is the smaller part of the work. US business texting from a standard 10-digit number requires A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, and campaigns get rejected for mismatches between your opt-in language, privacy policy and sample messages. Twilio's A2P 10DLC onboarding documentation puts the whole process at two to three weeks, so read our SMS chatbot setup guide before you promise a launch date. Among the platforms above, Manychat (Pro and up) lists SMS as a native channel, SendPulse offers it through an SMS integration in the same account, Intercom documents outbound SMS, Botpress routes SMS through its Hub on Plus, and BotPenguin gates it to Emperor. None of our reviews ran a 10DLC registration through a platform, so ask each vendor, in writing, who files the registration and who pays the carrier fees. The SMS chatbot glossary entry lists the two questions to press on.
What breaks first in an omnichannel rollout
Duplicate contacts. The same customer on Instagram, WhatsApp and email shows up as three contacts unless the platform merges them on a phone number or email. Test the merge on day one with your own accounts across channels.
Uneven automation. Teams usually build the bot for the busiest channel, then connect the others and find the flows break on a button limit or a missing template. Launch channels one at a time, measure containment per channel, and add the next when the first is stable. The phased rollout entry has the sequencing.
Response-time expectations differ by channel. Customers on a website widget expect an answer in a minute; email customers expect hours. A single inbox makes every channel look equally urgent. Set separate targets per channel and watch first response time by source rather than blended.
The honest counterpoint. Most small businesses do not need seven channels. If 80 percent of your conversations arrive on one channel, the best tool for that channel beats the best omnichannel tool. Start at best WhatsApp chatbot, best Instagram chatbot or best website chatbot if that describes you.
Frequently asked questions
What is an omnichannel chatbot platform?
A platform that runs one bot across several customer messaging channels (typically WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and a website widget, sometimes SMS, email and Telegram) and routes every conversation into one inbox where a human can take over. The distinction from "multichannel" is the shared context: in an omnichannel setup, the customer's history and the handoff rules follow the person across channels instead of living in separate apps.
What is the best omnichannel chatbot for a small business?
In our reviews, SendPulse (86/100) at $12 a month: every chatbot channel is included on its Pro tier, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, TikTok and a native website widget, and one shared inbox covers them with assignment and notes. Tidio ($29) is the pick if your inbox matters more than channel count and you do not need SMS; Intercom (from $29 per seat) if you need a full helpdesk with phone.
Which chatbot works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and my website at the same time?
SendPulse, Tidio, BotPenguin, Chatfuel, Botpress and Intercom all cover those four natively in our reviews, at different tiers: SendPulse on its $12 Pro tier, Tidio from its free tier, BotPenguin from its free tier (shared inbox from $29), Chatfuel on its single $69 plan, Botpress from $189 Plus, and Intercom from $29 per seat (confirm social channels by tier). Manychat covers the three messaging channels but has no website widget.
Do I need a separate bot for each channel?
Not a separate bot, but usually separate channel layers. Keep the knowledge base, intents and handoff rules in one place, and adjust the opening message, buttons and templates per channel, because WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS and a website widget each support different message formats. Platforms with one editor for all channels (SendPulse, Botpress) make that easier to maintain than those that build per-channel automations.
Which omnichannel platforms include SMS for US businesses?
Among the platforms we reviewed, Manychat lists SMS as a native channel from Pro at $39, SendPulse offers it through an SMS integration in the same account, Intercom documents outbound SMS, Botpress includes it through its Hub from Plus at $189, and BotPenguin only on its Emperor tier. Whichever you pick, US texting from a 10-digit number needs A2P 10DLC registration first; our setup guide covers it.
Is there a free omnichannel chatbot?
Tidio's free plan includes live chat, ticketing and WhatsApp, with ten seats and 50 one-off Lyro AI conversations. BotPenguin's Baby Free tier covers WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and a website widget with 1,000 messages a month, for a single user. SendPulse's free plan covers three bots and 500 subscribers. Our free plans comparison sets out the limits side by side.
About this guide
Chatbotscape launched in 2026 as an independent review site. We cannot claim the history of established analyst firms, so we publish our methodology at /methodology, pull every score from a full platform review rather than ranking from memory, and link each pick to its evidence. Omnichannel is a category where vendor channel lists run ahead of what a small team can switch on at its price point, so every channel claim on this page traces to a review that read the vendor's tier table, and every card says how much of it we connected ourselves.
