Best Kommo Alternatives in 2026 for WhatsApp and Instagram Sales Teams
Quick answer: Kommo calls itself an "AI-powered CRM built for messenger-based sales," and it is priced like a CRM: $25, $35 or $45 per user per month, on a 6-month minimum with no monthly billing shown. Teams look elsewhere when they need only the messaging half (a chatbot and an inbox, not a pipeline for every seat) or want a lower or more flexible bill. The best alternatives we have reviewed are SendPulse (86/100, from $12/mo, with a free CRM that handles basic deals), Chatfuel (69/100, $20/mo Business plan with unlimited contacts), Manychat (84/100, WhatsApp from $39/mo), Wati (68/100, from $69/mo) and Blip (73/100) if you are an enterprise that needs a CRM-grade platform in Portuguese or Spanish. None of the five matches Kommo's pipeline depth for a dedicated sales team, and this page says where each falls short.
Alternatives at a glance
Kommo is the right answer for a specific buyer, and it is worth saying who. If your sales team lives in a pipeline, every rep needs to see deals, leads and the WhatsApp or Instagram thread side by side, and you want automation that moves a deal between stages when a customer replies, a messenger-first CRM is built for exactly that. Its pricing page lists pipeline automation, broadcasting and no-code bots from the $35 Advanced plan, and unlimited WhatsApp numbers on the $45 Pro plan.
We have not published a Tier 1 review of Kommo, so it carries no editorial score and this page makes no claim about its reliability, delivery quality or support against the five platforms we have tested; a Kommo review is not on our hands-on queue yet. This page rests on Kommo's own pricing page and homepage, both read on 23 October 2026, and on our published reviews, which mention Kommo as a CRM option that is especially popular in Brazil and Latin America. Alternative scores and prices come from each platform's review ledger at monthly-billed rates, per our pricing methodology. Who did this work is on our editorial team page.
One scope note. "Kommo alternatives" mixes two different searches: people who want another sales CRM with messaging (HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho territory), and people who want a messaging and chatbot product that can replace the Kommo bill. This page serves the second group. We rank only platforms we have reviewed, and none of them is a full sales CRM, so if your reps need forecasting, quotes and multi-stage deals, a dedicated CRM with a WhatsApp connector is the better path. For channel-first comparisons see best WhatsApp chatbot and best omnichannel chatbot.
Why you are looking for a Kommo alternative
You are paying per seat for a tool only some people use
Kommo prices every user at the same plan: $25 on Base, $35 on Advanced, $45 on Pro, and its pricing page states that every user on an account must be on the same plan. Illustrative arithmetic, not a quote: a team of three on Base is $75 a month, billed as $450 for the 6-month minimum, and three on Pro is $135 a month, or $810 for six months. If one person answers the chat and two others only glance at it, you are paying CRM seat prices for inbox work. Free users can view and chat only within client profiles shared with them, per the page, which softens this for some teams.
There is no monthly billing on the page we read
The pricing page we read on 23 October 2026 showed totals for a 6-month term and said the minimum subscription is six months; tabs for longer terms appeared without listed totals. A small business testing WhatsApp sales for a quarter will find that commitment larger than the monthly plans below (SendPulse, Chatfuel, Manychat and Wati all list monthly-billed prices in our reviews). Kommo offers a 14-day free trial with no card, which is the cheaper way to test it.
The messaging limits sit on the plan
Base includes one WhatsApp number and one Instagram account, Advanced three of each, and Pro unlimited WhatsApp numbers. Lead caps are 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 per user, and AI credits are 750, 1,250 and 2,250 per user a month with no rollover. None of that is a flaw, but a business with a large contact list and a small team feels the per-user caps sooner than a platform priced by contacts or flat.
Meta's message fees are a separate question
Kommo's homepage links to a WhatsApp pricing calculator for Business messaging fees but does not say whether Meta's per-message charges are passed through or marked up, so ask in writing before you compare totals. Every WhatsApp product charges Meta's fees on top of the subscription; our WhatsApp pricing tool helps you model the Meta side, and our WhatsApp Business API entry explains who sells access.
You only need the chatbot and the inbox
Some teams adopt a CRM and then discover they mainly wanted automatic first replies, a shared inbox and broadcasts. That is chatbot-platform territory, and it is where the five alternatives below sit.

The 5 best Kommo alternatives
The list runs in fit order, not score order. Readers leaving Kommo usually want a lower bill and fewer seats, not another enterprise tool, so the cheapest all-in-one options come first and Blip, the only one that matches Kommo's depth, comes last because of its sales-call pricing.
1. SendPulse — The cheapest way to keep a pipeline view
Best for: Small teams that want WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger bots, a shared inbox, email and a free basic CRM on one bill
SendPulse is the closest like-for-like on function at the lowest price. Its free CRM, released in April 2021, covers contact management, basic deals and pipeline visualization, which our review calls functional enough for most small-team sales workflows; the same review says plainly that it lacks the depth of dedicated sales CRMs, naming HubSpot, Pipedrive and Kommo for forecasting and multi-quote opportunities. The plan is priced by subscribers, not by seat, so $12 applies at 500 subscribers and rises with your list. It describes itself as an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (a vendor claim), includes free WhatsApp API setup on Pro, and prints Meta's per-country message rates on its pricing page. Support runs 24/7 in several languages including Portuguese and Spanish, and the company lists offices in Brazil and Mexico.
Choose SendPulse over the others when: you want the lowest bill and a basic deal view without a second tool. Skip it if: reps need forecasting, quotes or detailed deal-stage automation, or you need a published SOC 2 or HIPAA statement; compliance scores 71/100 in our review.

2. Chatfuel — A flat plan with a deal-stage view in the inbox
Best for: Meta-channel sellers who want Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok and a website widget on one flat plan
Chatfuel's Business plan is the cheapest flat-rate replacement for a small team: $20 a month, unlimited contacts and five channels, with the pricing page stating no team-member seat limits at our May check and a help center that now lists unlimited teammates. Its inbox carries status filters (Unread, Captured, Sorting, Qualified, Selling, Won, Lost) that work as a built-in sales pipeline, so every conversation has a stage without an external CRM. Our review is just as clear that this is "CRM with contacts and history," not a full sales CRM with opportunity tracking or quote workflows. The cost shape needs care: AI replies and WhatsApp fees are paid from a usage wallet on top of the $20, so a busy account costs more than the headline. Our hands-on work connected Messenger and Instagram on a free account; WhatsApp was not provisioned, and compliance is the weakest dimension at 42/100.
Choose Chatfuel over the others when: a flat price and a simple stage view matter more than depth. Skip it if: you need Telegram, SMS or email natively, or documented compliance controls.
Editorial score: 69/100 · Read our full Chatfuel review → · See also Chatfuel alternatives and Chatfuel vs Manychat
3. Manychat — Strongest marketing automation, but bring your own CRM
Best for: Brands that sell through Instagram comments, DMs and WhatsApp broadcasts and keep their customer records elsewhere
Manychat is the strongest product here for automation and the weakest for pipelines. Its review is explicit: audience management covers tags, custom fields and segments, but there are no pipeline stages, no opportunity tracking and no quote workflow, and the review names HubSpot, Pipedrive and Kommo as the CRMs teams add on top, noting Kommo is especially popular in Brazil. That makes Manychat an alternative to Kommo's chatbot and broadcast side, and a partner to a CRM, not a substitute. It is an official Meta Business Solution Provider, supports seven channels, and shares the highest channels score in our catalog (95/100). WhatsApp needs Pro at $39, which includes two inbox seats and three of seven channels; the full set starts at the $99 Business tier. It has no website chat widget.
Choose Manychat over the others when: Instagram and WhatsApp marketing drive revenue and a lightweight CRM or spreadsheet holds the deals. Skip it if: you want pipeline stages inside the same tool.

4. Wati — The WhatsApp inbox, with a markup to budget
Best for: WhatsApp-first teams with a few agents that need a shared inbox and a deep template manager
Wati is a WhatsApp specialist: a Meta Business Solution Provider with a shared team inbox, a template manager and an AI agent called Astra, which is a separate subscription ($99 a month on Pro). It is not a pipeline tool; the review says it has no pipeline stages, opportunity tracking or deal-stage workflows, and that HubSpot sync needs the Pro or Business tier. The cost to understand is the markup: third-party comparisons cited in our review put it at about 20% on Meta's per-template rates, and on the review's profile of 3,000 marketing messages a month that is about $159 all-in on Growth against a $69 headline. Growth is capped at three users with no add-on path, and channels beyond WhatsApp score only 50/100.
Choose Wati over the others when: WhatsApp is the only channel and the inbox is the product. Skip it if: you need other channels, a pipeline, or lower per-message cost at broadcast volume.

5. Blip — The enterprise route with a real CRM
Best for: Brazilian mid-market and enterprise operators with agent teams, multiple WhatsApp numbers and compliance requirements
Blip is the only alternative here whose review calls its contact management "a real CRM," with pipeline stages, opportunity-tracking workflows, customer-journey orchestration and native Salesforce, SAP and Dynamics 365 connectors. It is built by Take Blip in Brazil, supports WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, email, Telegram and more, and its plans page states ISO 27001 certification. It is also the least comparable on price: the pricing page is contact-sales only, the Capterra-listed entry is $500 per user, and the review's scenario results are projections from vendor documentation, not hands-on runs. For a small business leaving Kommo over cost, this is the wrong direction; for a Brazilian company outgrowing Kommo, it is the option to price.
Choose Blip over the others when: you run a large agent team in Brazil and need enterprise integrations. Skip it if: you want a published price or have fewer than about ten agents.

Also compared, not scored. Teams that need a full sales CRM often shortlist HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho with a WhatsApp connector, and teams that want a mid-market omnichannel inbox look at respond.io. We have not reviewed any of them and make no claims about their features or prices; see Respond.io alternatives for how that inbox compares to platforms we have tested (Respond.io itself is not yet reviewed).

How to choose your Kommo replacement
Start from who touches the tool every day and whether you need a pipeline at all.
Decide whether you need a pipeline or a chatbot
If your reps move deals through stages, work from a CRM and add WhatsApp to it. If your goal is faster replies, broadcasts and a shared inbox, choose a chatbot platform and track deals in a sheet or a light CRM. The no-code vs low-code chatbot guide and the vendor evaluation checklist turn this into a scorecard.
Put per-seat and per-contact pricing side by side
Count the people who open the inbox and the contacts you message. Multiply Kommo's per-user price by your seats, then compare with SendPulse's subscriber slider, Chatfuel's flat plan or Manychat's contact tiers, adding Meta's message fees to every option. Our chatbot cost reduction guide and bot vs human cost calculator help with the rest.
Check who owns the WhatsApp number before you move
Ask whether the WhatsApp Business Account stays under your own Meta Business Manager, and what is needed to migrate templates and history. Our verification guide shows what to set up under your own business so the number is yours.
Test the handover
Write down how a conversation reaches a person today, then test the same case on each trial. Our human handoff glossary entry and handoff design guide cover what a good transfer carries.
Run both, then cut over
Keep Kommo running on your 6-month term while you move one channel to a monthly-billed alternative, and compare response times for two weeks. Our 14-day migration playbook has the sequence.
